No reading on programming port and no cigar lighter either
Guys,
Mine '07 Screw cigar lighter fuse (Fuse 110) is ok but the lighter has no power ans so does the programming point under the dash.
Please any advise where else to look, under the hood fuse maybe?????
Don't know where to locate the box or fuse under the hood if there is a box.
Help please.

I hate to suggest the obvious, and please don't tqake it as an insult, but are you 100% sure you checked the right fuse? Having both those things go out together sure sounds like the fuse to me.
However, since it's an 07, isn't it still under warrenty? If so, take it in to the dealership if you can't find the problem.

There is no other fusebox. F110 is fed by the same bus bar int he fuse box that feed many of the other ALWAYS HOT fuses. If F110 is good and there is power at one leg of it all the time, then you have an open circuit between the output of the fuse and the point in the wiring harness where the slice for the cigar lighter and the port is made.
