PLEASE Help me with Window!!

Ok, This has been a problem for awhile now, but it's Summer and I NEED to roll my Window down! All My Windows work except for MY Window. When I hit the Switch I hear the Relay under the dash Click Pretty Loud. My First Thought was to replace the Relay, and I did, the New One Clicks! Now What?

Another Reason That I need my Window to Roll Down is My tint, I have 15% on my Front Windows, I Got a Ticket for it a few weeks ago and Dont Want another! ($120 ---eck!)

window

yea, i'm having the same problem. i took my truck to the ford dealership but they were saying that the window didn't roll back up b/c i had installed aftermarket handles, and i installed the handles myself so the lady said i broke the window motor...which was complete bull***** i didn't break a dam n thing...so i paid for it to be fixed....about 6 months later the window started to get sluggish when i'd try to roll it back up. and i feel you on the cops, i also have dark tint, and im used to rollin my windows down when i see them. but since my window blows i just have to hope he has better ***** to do.
but i need a fix for this problem too.

Sounds exactly like what my dad's 2001 SCrew did.

Here is a thread with the info put together ( pic & URL ). The clicking is the OTD relay having a fit, as the window is not moving.

Take a read and see if this is it.

When you say sluggish, would the window start to move straight away, and just take longer to roll back up ( as in really dirty tracks type of thing ) ?

My driver's side on my 2006 I woudl press the window up, and it would not start moving straight away, and it was the contacts in the switch going bad.

This is why I ask what the sluggish part is referring to.

I did had that kind of problem with my window before. It turn out to be bad window motor witch i had to get new one at the dealership not at Napa, Pep boys and etc. Maybe you should take cover off the door and check around with it, grease it or if it feel vib then that might have to get new window motor.
