Question Drivers Widow????? 2001 F150

My window has been a little noisy lately when going up or down seems to make a somewhat binding sound.
This morning it quit working and its in the down position, when I took the door panel of I have power to the connection that feeds the motor and I hear a clicking sound from the motor but window doesn't move.

I found some round caps that appear to be the nuts that hold the motor ????
Does anyone know how I can replace the MOTOR??????
It seems that there must be a special tool needed
to remove theses round cap nuts?????

HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP Thank You
