Tail lights.

Probably a dumb question, but how do you remove the tail lights in the newer body style F-150? I have a driver rear turn signal bulb out and want to replace it. I tried loosening the two screws located inside the tailgate and the housing will wiggle letting me know that it is loose, but it will not come out. I am probably missing something somewhere along the lines.

Thanks in advance,
Devildog101

You have to tug on it pretty hard for it to come out.

Is it just those two screws I was talking about and then pull straight back?

Thanks,

I have a "Howto" in this thread. I think mine just pulls out towards the side of the truck.

My truck is a 1999 though.
