I tried searching for this but couldn't figure out exactly how to word it. I lost my remote to my 01 F-150 and I have no numbers or anything to go by. I am not going to go and buy one from the dealership for $100+ so I guess I will use ebay. How do I figure out which will work on my vehicle? When I get it, how do I program it for my truck?

you could try googling for a remote for your truck, rather then pictures to add to a bump.

The advertising is context specific, if you would have looked down below the reply after your 1st ( or 2nd ) posting, or looked to the ads by google on the left side of the screen, you could have gotten an answer real quick.
