PRNDL display in cluster with center shift...

Does anyone or has anyone seen, heard, or have an anolog or digital "PRNDL" selection display in the dash (cluster) for 04-08 trucks with center shifter?

Just an idea. Has anyone done it? Is there a kit? Could the LS digital display be adapted? Could the column shift dispay with a relay and solenoid be adapted? I think it would be a cool little custom touch. Any help appreciated...

I think dakota digital makes something along the lines of what you want. But I'm not sure how easy it would be to adapt to our clusters.

well heres my thinking...

all the prts save for a mimicing solenoid are available. We could use the display & indicator from the column shift trucks, the gear lever is totally electronic and has no mechanical linkage to the trans so basically I need to figure how to get the signal to the cluster and the actuator... what ever that may be... I make it sound simple but you get my drift.

Ideas...?
