New to this forum, not sure if this topic has already been discussed....

I am the proud new owner of a 2008 F150 Super Crew. My truck does not have the door handle keypad option, but I was wondering if anyone knows if the wiring is there behind the door panel ready for the factory keypad? I have the 5 digit code to my keyless system, but is it as simple as buying a door handle with the keypad in it, or do I have the other Ford keypad installed (the one that Ford shows in the accessory catolgue) Dealer says it would cost around $350 ish????
