Hazard Flashers Not Working

I have a 98 f150 and just noticed today the hazards do not work. The turn signals work, all fuses under the dash are fine, but the hazards don't work.

When the turn signals are on and I turn on the hazards, the turn signal stops.

I assume the next logical step is the flasher relay. I located the one for the turn signals (easy) by the clicking, it's under the dash by the code reader port. But I don't see the hazard flasher relay there, it appears this is one piece held in by clips and tape (around). Is this just a cover that holds two relays underneath?

Am I missing something? Does anyone know where the hazard flasher relay is located? If i had to change the turn signal one, it would be difficult because it faces upward. If there are two in that location, is there an easy way to remove the mount to get better access?

Thanks in advance

common issue on these trucks is the multifunction switch. Although you should test it. Part number is Y85Z13K359CA

You sir are correct. I put the emergency flashers on then wiggled the Multifunction switch, and it worked. Looks like I will be changing out that part.

Thanks
