One Touch Window Down
200 f150, one touch driver side window will not go down. Clicking when button is pressed. Changed # 4 relay still will not go down, clicking sound still there. Any ideas would be appreciated.
If the window works normally ( press and hold, moves down ), I woudl agree with 05_sprcrw, the OTD part of the switch took a powder.
The switch in my old 2001 is still working fine, but I had to replace the switch in my 2006 already ( down contacts ).
You can test this by removing the switch and jumpering ( momentarily ) the light blue w/ black stripe wire to the gray wire. The light blue w/ black stripe is the power to the switch, and the gray wire is the OTD trigger to the GEM.

One touch window down
The switch does not work at all, it is stuck in the up position. I removed relay # 4 and hit the down switch, clicking stopped so I got the right relay. Passenger side works fine. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove door panel.
Thanks

Sorry, you mentioned the OTD relay, so I thought it was only that part of the switch, my mistake.

Appreciate everyones suggestions. Went out for lunch and decided to remove the switch and replace it, since the relay was not the problem. Thought I would disconnect it and reconnect and give it a try, lo and behold it worked. I'm guessing a contact must have been jarred loose. I work with IBM computers (mainframes), sometimes the CE (customer engireers) do what they refer to as receding the cards, all this is involves is removing the card and blowing off any dust and re connecting to make suer it has a good contact.this has fixed many problems throughout the years, that is what gave me the idea to recede the contacts, saved me some $$$ and time. Anyway thanks again.

That was a lame post for # 4010

BTW that is re-seating the card. The nice way of saying percussion adjustment
