f150 04 silverstar???

f150 04 silverstar???

I coulda sworn i read somewhere on the boards that someone put them in instead of HIDs. I go to a autoparts store and they look in their book and parts man 01 tells me they dont make em for my truck. Ran outa time tonite

I think, but I could be wrong, that you want H13 Silverstars, just like I have in my 2005. (But, you won't find Silverstar Ultras in that size).

Jack and Janet are correct. The size is an H-13 and they do make them but not in the Ultra. The only difference is that the Ultra lasts longer - it has the same amount of light as the other. If you get them, you need to remove the whole headlight housing with a 10mm socket. Be sure not to touch the bulbs with your hands, human oil will give this product a short life. So, use clean gloves. It will take you about 20 minutes to complete the change once you learn how.

I'm running VisionX's in my truck and they are awesome. I had silverstars in there, but since I started selling vision X i swtiched just to try them. Lets just say I never switched back, and the silverstars are sitting in the garage.
