dead foglight help

i've just noticed that the foglight on drivers side of my '04 f150 screw isn't working so i went and swapped one side to the other just to see if it was the bulb or not....well it's not the bulb. the drivers side seems to be dead. does each foglight run on its own ? wheres the best place to start trying to fix this ? it wouldnt be the fuse or switch if one is working would it ??
thanks again

Check the connector for corrosion. If you have a DVOM, check for voltage at the bulb and then check continuity to ground for the affected lamp. You either have a broken wire or a bad ground.
