My 04 XLT Scab has an RSS on it. But the two sensors on the outer edge of the bumber were wrecked before i bought it. I phoned the Ford dealership and the sensors are $180 each! Does anyone know of a cheaper replacement for the original sensors? I phoned some auto wreckers and a couple of auto part stores, but no luck. If not, i will just continue to use my mirrors like the good ol' days haha.

your dealer is trying to break it off in you.... The sensor is part number : 3F2Z15K859BA and they are $72.59 each at www.tascaparts.com There are bezels around the sensors, if you need them as well just call tasca with your VIN and they will take care of you.

PS Domlogic has a great price on the sensors, the other big 3 online Ford parts places have them for 82.49 to 87.11 each, plus shipping.
