i was recently trying to reset my tripometer, but apparently i was holding the button down while the odometer was showing and something that i never heard of showed up. it said ZONE 08. confused as hell, i continued to push the button to try and get back to my odometer and proceeded to go through zones 01-12.....

What are ZONES 01-12?

 

That may be for your compass. Check your owners's handbook.

 

Did the same thing. Info is in the owners manual, more of a setting used to orient your compass.
