any empty slots in the power box under the hood useable

i am installing a procharger on my 2001 F-150 I'm supposed to tap into the light green wire with the yellow stripe for the fuel pump relay but i noticed there were 3 wires capped off by the factory and was wondering if any of the extra slots in the fuse box under the hood would provide power when the ignition is on without tapping into an existing wire???
