The dark blue horn wire should be in C218B, which is a Black connector. The location for it is marked as on steering column.

Might have to take off the steering wheel column to see this. C218B is a 6 pin connector, where all 6 pins are in a row, with the connector locking tab on the opposite side of the pins.

This is what the coil on the horn relay gets ground from, so that should be the correct one for what you need.

Black w/ light Blue stripe wire is in a few connectors, but the one I would think you would want is in C238, pin 6.
C238 is a 60 pin connector ( no color, but is is a monster ).

The location is marked as left hand A-pillar, so taking off the A pillar cover, it should be there, or next to where the parking brake is at ??

That is the best I can get from the 2006 EVTM.

Hope it helps, let us know if those locations are correct.

Is the Black/Dark Blue the same as Black/Light Blue? Cause it says Black/Light Blue in the instructions. All i know is that it is supposed to be a (+) dome light supervision wire. The wiring guide i have says it is in a gray plug in the drivers kick panel (pin 6).

It is, if you are me and type the wrong color code. Just checked again, and it is Black w/ Light Blue stripe, circuit 53.

That is the 60 pin connector, circuit 53 is pin 6, it is the side opposite the connector alignment tabs, outside row.
