Lights on shifter
not working. Do I need a fused replaced??

Floor or column? If it's floor - you might just need a new bulb.

Floor shifter. How do I replace the bulb there?

Pop off the cover for the floor shifter. The bulb should be on the left (closest to driver) towards the back. Can't recall the PN, but it should be stampted on the bulb
