Horn!!!
I think that is the Alarm Clock feature. It was an option for the latter part of the 04 model year and the early 05 models. Very handy if you have to get up early in the morning to drive to the job site.
Perhaps you accidentally turned the alarm clock on when you were changing the time last Sunday?

I had this happen when it got colder on a explorer I used to own the rubber would contract enough to set off the horn I ended up taking the wheel apart to fix the spring basically stretch it out again and it fixed the problem for me. That was an explorer not and f150 but it could be the same issue in your case its worth a look see took me about half an hour to correct the issue and most of the time was spent figuring out how to dismantle the wheel. Hope this helps.

Yeah! it's real weird and it was not the alarm. I took the fuse out to get it to stop and tried putting it back in the next day and the horn was still blowing.
