help! messed up some wiring during horn install

ok... after laughing at myself for a while I need some help trying to fix this...

Today I installed a truck horn in my 1994 f150 5.0L... Here is what I did
-Pulled the battery off to the side
-Cut one wire from the stock horn
-Tapped in a 18guage wire to the wire from stock horn and connected it to the positive terminal on the compressor
-Grounded the negative cable and connected it to compressor

Horn works great - push the horn button on the wheen and horn blows.

But when I just tried to drive home... I turned my lights on and truck just died It wont start when my headlights or brights turn on - in fact when the car is off and I flip the headlights off I hear the fuel pump priming - same exact sound when I turn the keys to the on position...

I dont have any wiring diagrams and I had to mess up the wiring somewhere... please help
