Air Bag Flash Code 32

I have a 2001 F150
Hope I'm in the correct forum. Here's my problem.
The air bag light is flashing a code 32. The code reader say's " B1932 DRVR air bag high res / ck for open circuit. Do I need a new module? What does this code mean? I cleared the code, it comes back right away.
I read the flash code with the KOEO, 1st flash was 3, second was 2.
Also, when I lower the streeing wheel the Overdrive light comes on indicating the overdrive is "off", The overdrive works.
Thanks in advance.

There is a "clock spring" in the steering column that connects the air bag to the wires that connect the air bag to the Air Bag Module, probably located somewhere under the dash. The most probable cause of your problem is a broken clock spring but it is NOT the ONLY thing that can cause the problem. A dealer told me that I had a bad clock spring when I had a code 32 and wanted $400 to repair it. I declined his offer and checked the wiring and found that I had a bad connection on one of the plugs going to the air bag module. I cleaned the contacts on the plug and cleared up the problem. If you don't know what you are doing with the air bag module, do a lot of research BEFORE you attempt to troubleshoot the circuit. You could accidentally detonate the air bag and that is big bucks.
