Getting a 99 F150 soon

and noticed the odometer comes on and off now and then when i test drove it today. this normal or does this mean dash problems? havent driven the truck longer than about 15 mins so i dont know much about the issue.

And MAKE SURE if the speed control recall applies to that truck you get it done ASAP.. If you post your vin I can run it to see if it's open for you...
