I picked up an upper console w/compass from a similar truck as mine today. Any idea on what it takes to install this in my 99 f150 supercab? Does my truck have the wiring for the upper console option?

you might have to remove the current console and check to see if there is any wiring there. chances are you just remove the current console, and use the wiring for that. if not, im sure all you will need is three wires... Ground, door trigger (+ve) and a switched power source.

Did you get it done? IM trying to do the same thing except on a 98 and im not sure if it was even an option that year so i was wondering how it went for you?
