hello forum
I have a 1998 f150 4.2 This truck was in a wreck and have been putting it back together. Problem is when i turn the ignition on, the relay to the pcm chatters. changed the relay out for the same results.
I have resest the fuel pump shutoff , don't seem to have any voltage.
Any one care to tell me how to go about checking the PCM or what to check next.
suggestion would be appreciated

 

prodlem solved. turned out to be a chassis ground at header panel.
