Prior to buying a new motor, did you check the one you had in the door ?

Thread :
https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...ghlight=window
Step :
5. Plug in to the harness, just hanging free, test with switch

This would have confirmed the switch operation.

The drivers switch has the ground connection for the power window motor, this is what leaves both sides of the motor grounded, and one side of the ground circuit is broken, and power applied to operate the window.

This operation is the same for both the driver's side, and passenger side windows.

So now that you have replaced the motor, and the driver's side switch, the last things are :
- passenger side switch
- ground connection in the driver's side door ( should not be this, if the driver's window works ).
- Harness between the driver's and passenger's side switches

While you are waiting on the driver's side switch, take the door apart, and remove the motor.
Hold the motor in your hand while it is plugged in, and try to operate with the switch.
If it does not work, back to checking for ground on both connections.
unplug motor, and meter from both pins to ground for 0 Ohms.
With meter on the pins, operate the window from 1st the driver's side switch, you should see +12 V DC in one direction and -12V DC in the other ( or greater then 12V DC, something like 12.6 to 14.
