I have a 99 f150 xlt supercab, i'm putting the motor from it into a 00 xl supercab, mine had cruise, elec windows and locks, the xl does not, do I need to change the wiring harness as well, or does the xl have the wiring in place, just not used, also do the rear door window bolt in like the rear window and can I change the non opening rear door windows in the xl to the swing out windows that are in my xlt.

 

You'll be ok on the engine swap as long as you are doing the same engine 5.4 to 5.4 or 4.2 to 4.2 The windows should be a clean swap also.
