Please help me stop that incessant beeping

Ya know when the key is in the ignition and the door is open, or when you don't put on your seat bellt? Can this be altered to never beep again? in my 05 F150 Lariat?Thanks Greg

It can be disabled for the seatbelt warning. The owners manual tells you how. If you want both seats inactive, you have to do them both. Running the sequence only disables the seat you are doing it to, not both. As far as the key chime switch, I dont know of a way to disable it, other then disconnecting the chime itself, which I dont know where it is. I personally wouldnt bc it's there for a good reason.

try searching the forums... I know I've seen something about disconnecting the chime somewhere
