Car wash, truck dies

I just bought a 2004 F150 Supercrew XLT with the 5.4L. Not even an hour after I picked it up, I took it to the car wash. I had an underbody wash, and regular wash. The place I took it to tells you to shut the truck off, and put it in neutral while it's being washed. When I was finished, I started the truck no problems. Not even a minute after, it ran rough and died. Waited about 20 minutes, tried starting it, wouldn't fire. Then when I was waiting for the tow truck, I pulled out the owners manual and found out there's a reset button for the fuel pump, so I pushed that and the truck fired right up! Now the check engine light is on, and that fiasco shouldn't have happened in the first place. Anything come to mind that I should check? I was planning on taking it to a shop tomorrow to have them take a look. Thanks!

I just read a post by someone who went through a rain storm. I forgot to mention that the truck ran really rough in that minute before it died. The previous owner never had any problems with the truck. I just wanted to clean it up nice, since it's my new truck! Should I have the shop check out the COP/plugs? Like I said, the truck runs smooth now, but the service engine light is still on.
