Im guessing it was P1359... which says "Spark Output circuit fault"

You have to identify your vehicle in order to access the proper diagnostic data. You have failed to do so. There may be variations in the faults, circuits, and procedures across the eleven possible years.

"B"- series DTCs are related to vehicle body electronics systems, not engine control or emissions-related functions.

Thanks. My Vehicle is a Ford Explorer Limited V8 2001.

I have already change the fuel pump and the camshaft synchronizer sensor. Talking about this sensor, I had to use a ranger v6 sensor because the one ford indicated for me did not fit. (Mine was attached to a 2 wired cable)

Still insufficient information.

You need to provide a summary of what fault or symptom you are trying to address and what you have done so far as to diagnosis and any repair attempts. A DTC, by itself, is not enough to go on.

Also, identify your engine and transmission.

There is a fault code from a HEC dash test that matches.
The B1356 fits at that point and is the discription.
It also has a HEC code assignment of 9356.
I don't have enough info to be sure if it is an ignition switch fault or not.
This is assuming he is giving the right info.
If it is B1359, then the PCM is looking at it from a different point.
I would do the dash HEC test, then clear codes and see what comes back, if possible, retest, then go from there to chase it down.

Besides the fault code, what problems are you having. The B1359 has to do with the ignition switch, but what problems are you having so we know which way to tell you to go?
