tps only goes to 91 normal?
i have a ScangaugeII and i pushing the gas (with the truck not running but on) and my tps would only go to 91% if i pushed the gas pedal real hard it will go to 92 is that normal?

According to MOD (Mitchel on Demand) Closed throttle (normal idle) is 17.4% and WOT (wide open throttle) is 96.6%. These numbers are + or - 3%.

It doesn't mean anything with the engine not running.
Reason: The TPS operation is an 'auto' zero set operation the PCM does at every start up. This takes away any floating changes due to temp variation and some small amount of wear at the sensor over time.
