Need some help!
Alright guys heres my problem
I just installed a new cd player with my friend. Well first off we blew a fuse and so we were sitting there going why the heck doesnt this work. So I took it to Best Buy (where I bout the player) and they said it was a fuse and they replaced it and it was fine. Well I get back and we put it all in and get it going and then as Im driving home i realise that my dash lights don't work, but the low fuel and door ajar lights do. Also my dome light won't turn off and my third brake light won't turn off either. Does anyone know what I've done?
Thanks for the help in advance.

I had a top installed on one of trucks and that all the lights staying on after I shut it off. Had to restart the truck to with the lights switch off to get the to turn back off. Turned out to be a bad ground since they spliced into the trailer wiring with cheap connectors. I would check the ground wire that your using for the radio. Did you guys splice into the ford harness or did you buy a wire kit for the truck? Also how did you make all your connections if you cut into the ford harness? I have always just bought the install kit for my trucks from crutchfield and then soldiered the to harness together. Then when I go to put the radio in the truck I just clip it into the ford harness and I’m done. Hope this helps you out some. The blown fuse also sounds like a ground out issue also. But im not an electrian so I could be wrong. I always try to soldier my connections and then tape them less chance of them coming loose.
Good luck.
Good luck.

So that cleared up both of the problems. I appreciate the advice man!
