Aftermarket cruise control

Has anyone had any luck adding an aftermarket cruise control? I would like to add one to my '05 F150. It has a 4.2L with a 5 speed. Will this work????

You'd be better off with an OE cruise system. Is that truck throttle-by-wire, or do you have a real cable from the gas pedal to the throttle?
