Forgot to mention that I had the recall work done 4 days ago...do u think that those geniuses at the service dept. screwed it up???

 

Define "stuck".

The recall simply adds a fused circuit protector to the power line of the CC module.

the accelerator is stuck at 80mph, I had to shift gear into Neutral just to stop, turned truck off then on, and the engine is revving

 

Throttle cable was stuck, reset it, everything seems fine for now, just wondering what problem I must fix now.

 

It's a fairly cheap fix for the problems it could cause. The same thing happened to me and I released it. Everything worked fine for about a month and it happened again. I released it and was driving over to my cousin's shop when the dang thing stuck a third time. I'm just thankful my wife wasn't driving it during this. Sheetmetal would have suffered.
