Backup lights wire Location & color on 97 f150
I also need to find where & what color the Rev. or backup lights wire is. I know it runs I think on driverside in the frame. I just need to find it.
Any help would be real nice.

The reverse lamps are Black w/ a pink stripe wire.
I seem to recall that they run in the harness along the driver's side ( from what I recall on my '01 ).
Where do you need the reverse circuit at, as you might be able to find the one for the trailer tow in the driver's side kick panel ( not sure on the '97 MY that it is also located there ). This is fed from the Trailer Tow backup lamp relay, and a separate circuit from the Black w/ pink stripe wire.
Just some options, not know what you are looking for the reverse circuit for.
