ok i need to ask a stupid question again

ok my starter sylanoid went out so i replaced it myself lol
well i had one extra thing (i dont know what to call it)
left over that had the circle at the end of a wire casing
i hope that explains it
i have one of them attached to one side and two to the other
it starts but seems weird i was wonder ing if the red or the green are both supposed to be attached to the side that goes to the battery
ok does anyone have a picture that i can view so i can make sure it right
thank you

I would try putting it in Engines...you will more than likely get a response there...if not here. Also take a picture of the thingy.

The red lead should go on the battery side.
A green, I can't say without more info and a check of service info unless someone has the same and can take a look for you..
