I am trying to wire up a electrical gauge, I need one hot wire that is controlled by the ignition switch and one hot wire that can be controlled by the dimmer switch for illumination of the gauge. I have read countless threads about wich wire to tap into. Some say this wire, others say that wire. I know they would probally all work. Does anyone know the proper wires I need to be tapping into? My signature pretty much tells you all about my truck. Thanks for the help.
