i have an 03 150 and i am aware of the large oval on the dash that you have to remove to gain access to the wiring harness for keyless entry. my truck came w/factory keyless and i wanted to know a few things:

*with factory keyless do i still need extra relays?

*under the dash there are tons of wires, is the harness i need to use up near the bottom of the window?

*if so how do i gain MORE access to this harness?

*is anyone sure of the exact color of wires that i need to use?

forget about the dash panel. You can get your door lock wires right at your keyless brain on the firewall by your emergency brake. Pink with green is your unlock and Pink with Yellow is your lock. Both just take a negative pulse. No relays needed. You will find the Black with Blue stripe wire in the harness above the keyless that the wires from the keyless go into. This wire shows 12 volts with the domelight on and ground when the dome light is off.
