I recently installed a Westin bull bar with 6" KC Hilites. Problem is that the rubber mount setup that came with the lights is flat on the bottom and the bar on the westin bull bar is...well, round. Does anyone have ideas on where I can get a spacer that will fit the curve of the bar and be flat on top?

I'd take a look at Lowe's in the nut/bolt aisle. I think I remember seeing something like what you need there. You're gonna have to look in the drawers of specialty fasteners. Good luck.
