Suspect I need to replace the driver side switch (the toggle switch on armrest and above window buttons) that allows adjust of rear mirrors. Think enough rain has seeped in it to cause it to fail. Anyone know how to remove the arm rest sections to get to and replace this switch?

If you're getting rain on that switch, replacing it WON'T solve your problem.
