A/C Fan will not turn off.
The A/C fan will not turn off when you turn the truck off but if you turn the fan switch off the fan will turn off.

It may help to know if the the climate system is manuel or an EATAC system.
Basicly the ignition switch 'RUN' position powers a relay that closes power to the blower motor in all manuel positions.
If the relay has burnt closed contacts the blower may run in any control position even in OFF.
But you say the Off position shuts the blower off so the relay contacts would not be the cause.
The relay is getting power from some source possibly a faulty ignition switch.
Away to tell is pull fuse 24 a 10 amp in the dash block, with the selector switch On to see if the blower stops.
If it does then the ignition switch would be suspect.
