I would like to disable the alarm when the key is in the ignition and the door is opened. On older models it was easy with the module under the dash, but on my 2006, it seems the module is in the instrument cluster. Is there another way?

 

Turn the key to RUN, insert a small probe into the smallest hole in the bottom of the steering column & push the pin in, pull the ig. lock cyl. out, & remove the Key-In switch from the side. Put the cyl. back in & turn the key to ANY other position.
