Ignition/Door/Headlight/Seat Belt Warning Bell

Does anyone know the location of the warning bell that goes off when the door is left open, the key is left in the igniton, you don't have your seat belt fassened, or you leave your headlights on. I was told by Ford Motor Company they could not disable this as it was a safety item. I would like to either disable it or wrap a sock around it to make it less annoyable. Thanks in advance. Jim
Forgot to mention it is on a 2003 F150, FX4, Supercab

depends on what year your truck is its usually in your owners manual you have to buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt like 9 times to turn off the seatbelt warning in my 04

I've managed to disable the seatbelt one, however I have to get in and out of my truck alot during the day and usually leave the door open and key in the ignition..those are the ones I'm trying to bypass, or at least make the bell not so loud. Thanks, Jim

in the 94 explorers the "dinger" was under the drivers side dashboard mounted to that center piece. look for a brass colored, almost cylindrical part. cutting the wires will shut it up and not harm anything else.
