Two problems...
Neither of the mirrors on my 2000 F150 will move...I'm assuming it's a blown fuse. Which fuse is it? I also need to replace the door lock actuator on the passenger side. What is the procedure after the door panel has been removed?

1. Fuse location : Owners Manual page 132, shows pass compartment fuse panel fuse 5 AMP in location #4.
