I think we found it. I disconnected RKE, no change. Disconnected theft alarm connector with blue wire and TA DA. This looks like a bear to replace since it is so far up in the dash, does anyone know if leaving it disconnected will be a problem? ( Theft where I live is not a problem)

 

It shouldn't affect anything that matters. If you really can't get the module out, it's not too difficult to lower the column, remove the big aluminum e-brake brace, & pull the whole dash out.
