Exclamation Turn signal intermittent

F-150 2002 super crew- Why does my left turn signal intermittenly work? The front and rear bulbs have been removed and cleaned, and sprayed contact cleaner spray on the bulb contacts and inside the bulb holder/module. The flasher is clicking very fast when the blinker is not working, so I beleive the flasher itself is good. Is there a multi function module under the hood that I can check/clean? This is my next step to solving this problem. The blinker always works when the ignition is in the battery/acc mode, but only works about 25% of the time while driving. PLEASE HELP!! Please post a reply or email me here>> briansmac at yahoo dot com.

Sounds like a bad mulit-function switch. Search the forum. There are hundreds of posts on this subject.
