Some elec. problems

I have a 2003 F-150. Sometimes my cruise control and my horn don't work and sometimes they do. Also, my turn signals don't work if i have the steering wheel tilted down to far. Any suggestions would be great. HELP!

My buddy had the same thing, forget what fixed it, I think the turn signal arm assembly was replaced. Also it could have been the clock spring??? I think that is what it was called, but almost 100% on the arm bieng kaput. Try wiggling the harness that attaches it before buying a new one, 80 bucks, making sure it's not loose. It's a bit of a biatch to get at so be gentle.
