the dash lights, power window controls, steering wheel controls, gear chenge panel etc dont work and i have not been able to find a blown fuse,

 

Have you looked in your owner's manual for the fuse list & fuse block locations?

 

yes i have replaced all fuses according to the manual and more, all fuses in both boxs test good

 

Then you need to fill out your profile so we know what kind of vehicle you're talking about.

 

mine went out last night on my 98 F150 XLT No instruments light no more lights in dash when I turn on the driving lights

Aren't you still under warranty? Or extended warranty? If so, make the dealer fix them. If not, get yourself some wiring diagrams & a few tools. Sounds like it's time to dig into the dash & start checking for power.
