White/Blue Front Turn Signals?

I love the look of the blue/white turn signals that people put in their clear lenses. Is that legal? I've heard it is, anyone have any suggestions for bulb brands/types? Thanks!

I use the xenon from wal-mart 3157 which is for your turn signal rear lights etc. but also use them as my reverse lights cause of there brightness since my back windows have 5% tint. they look good to me.

Are those the silverstar bulbs? I saw those at autozone but I wasn't sure if they would just look like amber. They say amber, but they have a fogged over blue appearance to them.
