Have you checked the wire from the switch to the motor? If it goes up with direct power and you installed a new switch it sounds like the wire is the problem.

Got a MY and trim level for your F-250. Don't want to guess at which it is, and your profile is not completed.

I have tried 2 switches besides the one that was in the truck originally. I pulled the switch part of the way out, just enough to cross the two correct pins on the switch to make the window go up and pressed the up side of the switch and it works. Am I possibly just getting bad switches or is there something I am overlooking?

Can you clarify this ?

Sounds like you are shorting the pins together AND using the switch to make the window go up.

Which 2 pins are you crossing ?
Which switch ( driver's or Pass' side ) ? or is this the same for both switches ?

Is there a relay that the switch activates thats sounds more like your problem than getting bad switches.

Thumbs up

Solved my passenger power window problem. It was the driver's side switch that operates the passenger side. I replaced it with yet ANOTHER SWITCH and all works well. This was the master switch and it has to be good for passenger side to work. I just seemed to be getting bad switches. Thanks everyone for all the help.
