My Driving/Fog lights are installed.
First off I sure would like to thank BLUEGRASS and SSCULLY, your advice kept me out of trouble.
I love this site.
My Driving/Fog lights are installed. The history of this is:

Tonight I aim them.
I wired separate switches to each lite so that I can kill the left one for oncoming traffic and still see Bambi in the ditch on the right. I plan to test the aiming by having a friend approach me (at night of course) to test what combination of lights will and will not work. As an aside: Most of the time oncoming drivers seem unbothered (when I forget to dim them) by my Hibeams so I'm not even sure they (HiBeams) are aimed properly. Another thing to check!
Now these are what are politely called "economy" lites.
Housings: are tractor implement lites,$10.53 ea, made out of rubber no less.
Aluminum angle: for the mounts $9.
Bulbs: Ge4509 (Wagner actuality) $7 each at O'Reilly's (Bumper to Bumper)
Relays: one for each lite, 30amp , $6.54 at Radio Shack
Wire: 12 AWG everywhere except switch to relay 18 AWG. $10-12.
All connections are soldered and heatshrinked.
Switches: one for each lite, Push on/off $2.99 at Radio Shack.
FuseHolder: one for each lite,$1.99 at Radio Shack.
Shrink tube, connectors, solder, mounting stuff, tape, lets say 10 bucks.
Labor (mine) free of course.
Round numbers we're talking 90 bucks or so.
Plus ya know what?, it was just fun to build.
I'm going to try to upload some pictures, never done it before.
Still have a question though - What is the rule-of-thumb as to Fusing a circuit ?
One lamp pulling 8-9 amps should be protected by what size fuse?
If I did this right here are the pictures:
