It just will not start

I have a 1981 F150 tht has only 125M miles on it. Last week I drove to town and it sra great. When I came out of the store, it would not start. I tried jumping the battery but no luck. Here is my story. I had the battery checked and it was fine. I replaced the starter ( had it checked before I left the store, it was great. when I tried to start it the selenoid would click away. I have changed the selonoid, all the cables, voltage regulator. I am getting power from th selnoid to the starter.
The starter does not engage. Anyone have ideas?????
