06 radio swap

I just bought an 06 F-150 and it came with a single CD am/fm radio. Can I buy a 6-disk-MP3/sirius radio on Ebay and just swap the radio? Or are there differences in the wiring harnesses?? TIA

as long as the new radio is NOT a JBL and/or premium sound system radio then yes you can do it. As far as I know there is only one aftermarket radio harness available for 06 F150s mean that factory harness accommodates all f the F150 radios in the lineup.
